Karen Cannon is a Charlotte-based interior designer known for creating thoughtfully curated residential interiors that are both timeless and deeply personal. Originally from Columbia, South Carolina, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a minor in Fine Art from Clemson University, where she also studied art and architectural history in Italy—an experience that continues to influence her approach to design.
 

Karen began her professional career in banking before ultimately returning to her passion for design, furthering her studies in Interior Design at Queens University. This unique blend of analytical and creative experience shapes her highly organized, client-focused approach.
 

In 2019, she founded Cannon Interiors, a full-service design studio dedicated to crafting refined, livable spaces tailored to each client’s lifestyle. Karen provides highly customized design plans, thoughtfully developed to reflect each client’s needs and vision while balancing function, cohesion, and beauty. She brings a distinctive point of view, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to detail to every project.
