Karen Cannon is a Charlotte-based interior designer, specializing in residential homes and renovations. Originally from Columbia, South Carolina, Karen is a graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a minor in Fine Art. During her time at Clemson, she spent an extended time in Italy studying art and architecture history. After college, Karen moved to Charlotte and began working in the banking industry. After several years in banking, Karen decided to jump back into art and design by earning a minor in Interior Design from Queens University. For the last 8 years, she has worked with her dear friend and collaborator Elizabeth Klosterman with Elizabeth Klosterman Design Studio. As a next step, Karen has officially launched Cannon Interiors - same customized interior design plans and collaborations under a new name. She is passionate about creating beautiful, unique, and balanced spaces tailored to each individual client.

Karen currently resides in the Southpark area with her loving husband Rees, their son David, daughter Blair, and black lab Winnie. She loves spending time with her family and friends, playing tennis, and cheering on the Clemson Tigers!
